Interaction studies and prototypes, built to answer the questions a static frame can't.

Some shipped, some didn't. One of them runs right here.

The actual problem: the shipped carousel got its transition wrong, and the only reference for the right one was a screen recording of a prototype. So the motion was measured off the video frame by frame, fitting each frame as a window onto two pages to separate travel from opacity. The rebuild keeps the card still and moves only what is inside it: the text slides one card width over an illustration that stays pinned and cross-dissolves in place. Every pose is a pure function of one page fraction, so any frame can be frozen and checked against the spec, and a swipe takes over mid-transition from wherever the motion is.
